By applying YouthCUE fundraising and scholarships to each singer, we are able to reduce the cost for each singer.

Rehearsals & Concerts this season 15
Rehearsals required to qualify for Tour 10

Singers are required to notify Ms. Tina of all upcoming absences and text her ASAP following an unforeseen absence, such as family emergency or illness.

Students are expected to meet the deadlines for permission slips and tour paperwork as well as making on-time payments.
Payment Schedule:

Trip nonrefundable deposit $100 Due 4/12/26
Trip 2nd Installment $100 Due 5/3/26
Trip 3rd/Final Installment $100 Due 6/7/26​

Each student brings on trip.

SAYC policy is that no one is left behind in our programming due to a lack of financial resources. If you have needs beyond what our scholarship program provides all SAYC singers, you are encouraged to speak about this to Ms. Tina. Your conversations regarding finances will be held in strictest confidence.
