Attend 10/13 rehearsals between now and June 14.​

Attend all fundraiser concerts between January 26 and June 1. Failure to do so will result in the cost of your trip going up. These fundraisers help cover the cost of the trip.

Exceptions can be made for school commitments/conflicts with a rehearsal but you must contact Ms. Tina in a timely manner. Don't wait till the last minute. There will be make-up work required to make up for absences on required events.

If you are under the age of 18, one parent/guardian must attend the January 26 Parent/Student/SAYC Staff Meeting or let Ms. Tina know so that other arrangements can be made.

If you are interested in coming as a counselor on the trip please attend the informational meeting on January 26, 2025

Fill out the Counselor Interest Form by February 2 and turn it in to Tina or Ashley.

Payment Schedule:
First Payment- $100 Due Jan 26 or Feb 2 (plus $50 Winter Season Registration Fee)
Second Payment-$100 Due March 23 or March 30 (plus $50 Spring Season Registration Fee)
Final Payment-$160 Due May 18

Financial Aid is available for those who need assistance. Complete the Financial Aid Form. Printed copies are available at rehearsals by asking Ms. Tina. All requests are kept confidential.
